Rachel Hurst has been named director of development for Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana. Hurst relocated from Louisville, Kentucky to her hometown of Valparaiso to work with Meals on Wheels. She has been serving in nonprofit fundraising and leadership for 20 years and has raised more than $24 million from foundation, corporate, government, and individual donors.

Barry Rooth, partner and co-founder of the Merrillville Law Offices of Theodoros & Rooth, has been selected one of the Top 50 Super Lawyers in the state of Indiana for the 12th consecutive year. Daniel Freeland of Daniel L. Freeland & Associates in Highland was named by the Indiana Super Lawyers as the Top Rated Bankruptcy Attorney in the state for 2018. He has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer for 10 years and was named as a Chicago area Super Lawyer.

Jim Jungels of Crown Point has joined Prime Real Estate. He brings experience in real estate and 37 years in the dental industry. Prime is located in Crown Point.
