Alyssa Speichert has joined the law firm Newby Lewis Kaminski & Jones in LaPorte. The Hanover Central High School and Indiana University Bloomington graduate earned her law degree at Michigan State University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana state courts and the U. S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. She is also a member of the LaPorte County Bar Association.
Jennifer Montague has joined NIPSCO as its vice president of communications and external affairs. She reports to NIPSCO President Violet Sistovaris and is based at the company’s headquarters in Merrillville. Montague will have responsibility for the company’s customer focused branding, marketing, economic development, municipal relations, media relations, advertising, charitable giving and employee communications and engagement efforts for the combined electric and natural gas utility in northern Indiana.
Centier Bank Chief Information Officer Don Baker has been appointed a senior partner at the bank. The announcment was made by President and CEO Michael Schrage. Baker oversees the bank’s Technical Solutions Center and has been instrumental in the modernization of the bank’s infrastructure.
Clinton Jolliff has joined Hasse Construction Co. as a project manager. Jolliff will oversee a variety of projects, focusing specifically on the industrial market. Jolliff joins Hasse from NIPSCO. Jolliff graduated from Purdue University North Central with a degree in civil engineering technology and is also a PMI certified project management professional.
