Homemade Microwave Fudge

If making fudge seems like a daunting task, then you need to try making it in the microwave. All you need is a 12-ounce bag of semisweet chocolate chips, a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and a teaspoon of vanilla. Pop it in a microwavable dish for about two minutes. Stir and spread into an 8 X 8 baking dish and refrigerate about two hours until firm.

Ice Cream Sandwiches

Using round cookies, like chocolate chip, you can add a scoop of ice cream in the middle and then roll in sprinkles for a fun treat. Also, if you use rectangular graham crackers and a rectangular container of ice cream you can slice ice cream to fit and it looks more like a traditional ice cream sandwich.

Using a mix that needs just oil, water and eggs, kids can easily do some stirring and transfer the batter into muffin cups and then have fun with decorating. Canned frosting, cool whip, Redi Whip or Nutella make for easy icing that can then be covered in M&Ms, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, sprinkles, Skittles, Oreo crumbs or more. Use a drop of red food coloring in vanilla icing to get the perfect shade of pink for your Valentine treat.
