Sinbad

Comedian/actor Sinbad recently brought his stand-up act to The Venue at Hammond's Horseshoe Casino.

The comic, who hails from Benton Harbor, Michigan, played to a full house of comedy fans. He entertained the crowd with his witty banter and casual style.

Sinbad, aka David Adkins, performed a 90-minute show filled with humorous jokes and comedic segments based on everyday situations, current events and topics from relationships to politics.

The audience didn't stop laughing once during Sinbad's show. He's a comic who showcases a quick wit and never just goes for the overt risque joke.

Sinbad, who started as a stand-up comedian, has appeared as an actor in various movies and television shows through the years. Among the movies he's starred in are "Houseguest" and "Jingle All The Way." Sinbad also starred in the television shows  "A Different World" and "The Sinbad Show," among others.
