Rock duo Daryl Hall & John Oates will stop at Chicago's United Center May 18 on a co-headlining tour with Train.
The two bands began their North American summer tour May 1 in Sacramento, California.
During a recent interview with The Times, John Oates said he was looking forward to the summer tour with Train.
"I love Train and love Pat Monahan (lead singer of Train)." He said Hall & Oates and Train complement one another's musical styles.
That Hall & Oates is still taking to the road and finding success with fans is something Oates believes is quite an honor.
"The single biggest compliment a musician can have is that the songs stand the test of time," Oates said.
In a press release, Train singer Monahan said "I've known Daryl Hall and John Oates for a few years now and after being their fan my entire life, we now get to tour with them and spend time with legends in the world of music. This will be a career highlight for all of us in Train and a show that you won't want to miss." For more information and tickets, visit livenation.com or ticketmaster.com.
