Brad Miller, new director of Indiana Landmarks Northwest Field Office, will hold a meet and greet at his office Tuesday.

GARY — Brad Miller, the new director of Indiana Landmarks Northwest Field Office, will be holding a meet and greet from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The reception will be held at the Indiana Landmarks Northwest Field Office, 541 S. Lake Street, which is the 1928 former Illinois Bell Telephone building is in downtown Miller Beach, a historic area annexed by Gary in 1918.

Visitors can chat with Miller about how he offers preservation and revitalization help in Lake, Porter, Newton and Jasper counties. Visitors will also have a chance to check out the Nelson Algren Museum, where the reception will be held, on the lower level of the Indiana Landmarks' office.
