GARY — A man robbed a Glen Park dollar store Wednesday at gunpoint, police said.

Gary police were called about 7:50 p.m. to the Family Dollar at 4330 Broadway for a report of a robbery.

Employees told police a man entered the store, pointed a black and silver handgun at them and demanded money, Lt. Dawn Westerfield said.

The employees complied, and the man exited through the store's front door with an undisclosed amount of money.
