INDIANAPOLIS — Gov. Eric Holcomb this year signed 210 new state laws approved by the Republican-controlled Indiana House and Senate. He did not veto a single proposal.
Most of the new laws enacted by the Republican chief executive take effect July 1, 2018. Though some, such as Sunday retail alcohol sales and CBD oil legalization, took effect immediately.
