Students and staff at Timothy Ball, Eisenhower and Jerry Ross elementary schools will participate in a unique rock experience on Wednesday, Dec. 9 and Thursday, Dec. 10, backed with a powerful message.
Reverse Order, who appeared on America's Got Talent Season 7, brings their Reverse the Trend non-profit campaign to students, staff and parents around the nation. They have created their message around anti-bullying and have taken their it to 264 schools in 33 states last year, according to a release.
The initiative aims to inspire students, decrease bullying and save lives, the release said.
Reverse the Trend is a program that combines a concert with an assembly, engaging and exciting the students with music they will enjoy, while teaching them how to overcome bullying.
Reverse Order, a semifinalist on "America's Got Talent," has become a popular rock band and will be visiting the Crown Point schools and members will share their person stories about bullying.
Reverse Order will perform at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Timothy Ball, at 2:30 p.m. at Eisenhower Elementary and 2:30 p.m. on Thursday at Jerry Ross Elementary.
