THIS WEEK'S EXERCISE: Plank-ups

Start exercise in push-up position on hands. Lower your left elbow to the turf and then your right elbow.

From elbow plank position put your right hand on the ground and straighten elbow.

Do the same with left hand returning to push-up position. This exercise will work the abdominal muscles.
