Parents today monitor social media and extra-curricular activities but forget to monitor the way their children interact with their peers. Unfortunately, kids mimic their parents so they form cliques. Parents want to believe that they have done well and because parents in their small group tell them that they have... they believe it. The world is larger than your clique. Excluding peers is not a quality that we should be instilling in our children. Everyone deserves another chance. Remember your our own child is one judgement away from being out of the group.
