"When asked how it was the firearm went off he stated he did not remember," police said.
Antoine Hopkins reportedly told police he has been living in his truck after being thrown out of his house for "repeated weed smoking."
The photos were taken during two thefts, police said.
"Mr. (Karl) Brewer stated he did not want to go to jail, and he would not have anyone to bail him out," according to the incident report.
Police said they approached and found Jaqwan Mitchell sleeping in the driver's seat with a handgun in his lap. An officer reached inside the vehicle window and unlocked the doors at which time Mitchell began to wake up.
She said she would stay up late playing video games with Jerry Rust, who was known to her family, and he manipulated her into thinking they were in a relationship, police said.
Cynthia Sobczak first claimed there was no cash in the wallet, but upon being shown a surveillance photo of her looking in the wallet at the cash, she lowered her head and said, "Ok, I took it," police said.
"Anyone with information on this suspect is asked to contact Detective (Nicole) Heuberger at 219-764-5707," Portage police said.
As the dispute continued, Dan Lesher rolled down the window of his truck and slashed at the other man, cutting his eyebrow, police said. Lesher then drove away, but police arrived before he could leave the area.
The children and dog were turned over to extended family members as Jessica Schwei, 37, and James Schwei, 38, were taken into custody on various drug-related charges, according to Portage police.
The woman showed police videos of Stankus using his cell phone as a flashlight while looking around a dresser and in the closet of the bedroom. Another video showed him picking up a wallet from a nightstand and going through its contents, police said.
"Don't communicate with the victim," the judge said.
The officer walked into a cloud of smoke in the room and found burned furniture, two torches commonly used for drug use, rolling papers, a glass marijuana smoking pipe and a large amount of other items, according to the incident report.
The alleged victim told Portage police Saturday he met Lockhart online a few days earlier and decided to drive to Chicago to pick him up.
"(The woman) stated she was afraid to approach Dennis (Mitchell) and waited for officers to arrive on scene," according to the incident report.
Willie Watts initially told police he realized his bill from the store was low, but had not realized the Vankyo projector did not scan at the self-checkout register, according to the incident report.
Police said they spotted needle caps in plain view throughout the inside of the vehicle and then found nine hypodermic needles, including one loaded with a clear liquid.
The circumstances of the vehicle theft and the man's motives are under investigation.
"The firing of weapons along Stagecoach and within the Park is a continual problem for Law Enforcement," Ogden Dunes police wrote.
The man said he threw some of the cash on the ground and fled while Kyle Josway collected the money, police said. Josway then reportedly threatened to shoot the man and witnesses.
A 26-year-old Chesterton man faces a public intoxication charge after allegedly trying to enter a passing vehicle and then following the vehicle's occupants back to their home, police said.
Nathan Furlong began lunging around in the police car on the way to jail and at one point asked the officer, "Are you scared I'm coming into the front seat?" according to the report.
Manuel Nardini is accused of placing the child in a chokehold long enough that the child lost control of bodily functions, according to the charges.
She told police she held her arm out motioning for him to stop and then turned her back on him with her arms still extended when he did stop. But Gary Neeley then began honking his horn and yelled out his window, "Move, I have (expletive) to do."
