SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- Elehuris Montero had a walk-off two-run double in the 11th inning, as the Springfield Cardinals topped the Northwest Arkansas Naturals 4-3 on Saturday.

The Cardinals scored one run in the 10th before NW Arkansas answered in the next half-inning when Kort Peterson hit a sacrifice fly, scoring Emmanuel Rivera to take a 3-2 lead.

Reliever Jacob Patterson (2-1) picked up the win after he allowed one run and two hits over one inning. Walker Sheller (0-2) went one inning, allowing two runs and one hit in the Texas League game. He also struck out one and walked two.

The Naturals left some scoring opportunities on the table, stranding 12 baserunners in the loss.
