Lowell native Mitch Roadruck, who wrestled at Indiana Tech, was named to the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-America First Team for NAIA, Canadian and two-year schools on Monday.

Roadruck, a redshirt senior, earned his bachelor's in criminal justice in May 2017 and is working on his master's in organizational leadership. He has a 3.93 GPA.

Roadruck capped his five-year career by earning his first NAIA All-American honors at the national tournament in March. He placed seventh at 165 pounds. He also captured the 165-pound title at the Sooner Athletic Conference meet in February. He finished the season with a 28-9 record.
